Product Details

The extrusion (or wirecut) method is the most popular method of brick production. The brick extrusion process involves a machine pushing the clay (and other materials) through a die that forms a consistent size and shape.With the rotating of distributor's teeth, the materials are fed into the mold compulsorily. Then the upper mold goes down, and the mold vibrates at the same time. Generally speaking, the bricks will be finished in 15–40 seconds. And the molding cycle is decided by the models of the block machine.
